THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.5873 of 2016 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India aggrieved by the order dated 20.11.2013 in I.A.No.328 of 2012 in O.S.No.1391 of 2012 on the file of the X Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. When the matter is coming up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law including filing of similar type of application before the trial Court.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
