This Writ Petition is filed assailing the action of respondent No.3 in allotting an additional Mee Seva Centre at Chevella Village.

As per the petitioner's own pleading, under the new guidelines, the Mee Seva Centre has to be sanctioned for a population of 5000 each. The petitioner has himself pleaded that the population of Chevella Village is 7031. As the population is in excess of 5000, a second Mee Seva Centre at the said Village is permissible. Therefore, I do not find any illegality in the allotment of an additional Mee Seva Centre at Chevella Village.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed. As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.52391 of 2015, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous. ______________________ (C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy, J) Dt: 15th December, 2015 lur
