HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.34690 OF 2018 O R D E R :

The grievance of the petitioner in the writ petition is that the 2nd respondent is not considering and disposing of the implead application made by him to implead him as party respondent in CMA.No.17 of 2018 on 17-08-2018. Since it is stated that implead petition filed by the petitioner is pending before the 2nd respondent, it is for the 2nd respondent to consider whether the petitioner is necessary party or not in the said CMA and pass orders in accordance with law.

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on merits, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the said application after issuing notice to the parties in the CMA in accordance with law.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
