HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.10842 of 2012 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the action of the unofficial respondents in trying to proceed with the construction in the house bearing No.3/1 (5-25-112/1 to 15 shops), Brodipet, Guntur District, without any permission or authority and without following due process of law.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he has no instructions since the client took away the bundle. Today, none appeared for the petitioner.

In the circumstances, the Writ Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
