Learned Counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition as and when fresh cause of action arises. A letter, dated 09.12.2016, is also filed in the Registry to that effect.

Granting liberty, as sought for, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
