This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the docket order, dated 22.07.2014, passed in OS No.922 of 2013 by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District, at L.B. Nagar, making over the said suit to the file of the learned I Additional District Judge Court, on the memo filed by the respondent/plaintiff. But, in view of subsequent developments, learned counsel for the petitioner/defendant does not want to pursue the present Civil Revision Petition.

2. Recording the same, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. However, in the circumstances, no costs.

3. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition, shall stand closed. ________________________ A.
