HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.7755 of 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the inaction of the 2nd respondent in disposing the representation of the petitioner for releasing and storage of water in Cheruvu/tank to the extent of Ac.23-40 cents in Sy.No.638 of Tummalacheruvu Mandal, Guntur District.

Since it is stated that the petitioner has already made representation dated 02-02-2017 to the 2nd respondent in respect of his grievance, it is for the 2nd respondent to consider the same and pass orders.

Without expressing any opinion on merits, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the representation dated 02-02-2017 made by the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
