ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the action of 2nd respondent in not paying the additional costs of Seigniorage/Royalty of Rs.1,04,37,818/- with interest as determined by the Board, as illegal and arbitrary.

2. Sri K.G.Krishna Murthy, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the subject matter of this writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 05.12.2012 in W.P.No.14510 of 2012 and the same is not disputed by Sri Y. Ravindra, learned Standing Counsel for R2. It is also stated that the Dispute Review Board has passed orders on 20.11.2014 in respect of the same issue and recommended for payment.

3. In the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order dated 05.12.2012 in W.P.No.14510 of 2012 and the respondent authorities are directed to consider the recommendations of the Dispute Review Board. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
