THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL CRIMINAL PETITION No.11334 of 2016 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Special Mobile Court, Ongole to dispose of the C.C.No.381/2016 pending on his file as expeditiously as possible.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/complainant. It is submitted that originally the case was filed in the year 2012 before the II Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Ongole. But, subsequently, the same has been made over to the Court below and numbered as C.C.No.381/2016. It is further submitted that the matter is pending for nearly four years without any progress. If what alleged in the petition is true, the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Special Mobile Court, Ongole is directed to dispose of C.C.No.381/2016, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of 6 (six) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Criminal Petition is accordingly disposed of. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
