THE HONB'E SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM COMPANY APPLICATION No.857 OF 2016 IN COMPANY PETITION No. 24 OF 1996 ORDER:

The Official Liquidator, through the instant applicant, under Section 462 of the Companies Act, 1956 read with Rules 306 & 298 of the Company (Court) Rules, 1959, filed the half yearly accounts of M/s. Fishing Falcons Limited (In Liquidation) for the period from 01.10.2014 to 31.03.2015 along with the audited report of M/s. Murthy & Kanth, Chartered Accountants, dated 17.12.2015.

Heard Sri M. Anil Kumar, learned counsel for the Official Liquidator, and perused the details of the audited report. Having regard to the reasons stated in the Company Application and there being no objections, the application is to be ordered.

Accordingly, the Company Application is ordered and the accounts and audited report are taken on file.
