This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner/ plaintiff, assailing the order, dated 21.08.2012, of the learned Principal District Judge, Medak at Sangareddy, passed in I.A.No.1437 of 2012 in O.S.No.35 of 2010.

There is no representation for the petitioner/ plaintiff. Ms. V.V.Aparna Lakshmi, learned counsel, appearing for Sri C.V.Bhaskar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner is present. The Registry of this Court brings to the notice of this Court that the trial Court disposed of the suit on 16.12.2014. In that view of the matter, no cause survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.
