When the matter is taken up, on instructions, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader (Home), on the basis of the complaint made by the petitioner herein on 01-09-2018, the police have registered the Crime No.450 of 2018 for the alleged offences under Sections 447, 427 & 379 IPC and the copy of the FIR is placed on record.

In view of the above submission, nothing survives for further adjudication in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
