Learned counsel for the petitioners addressed a letter dated 20.02.2015 to the Registry seeking permission of this Court ot withdraw the writ petition stating that the subject matter is settled out of Court. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Any interim order granted earlier shall stand vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
