Petitioner And The State of Andhra Pradesh, rep., by its Principal Secretary, (Panchayat Raj Department) Velagapudi, Secretariat Buildings, Amaravathi, Guntur District and others .. Respondents The Court made the following:

THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.34701 OF 2018 ORDER:

Heard.

2.

Petitioner alleges that she was appointed as Attender under Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme (MGNREGS). Her grievance is that by the order impugned, she was transferred from Kaluvai Mandal, SPSR Nellore District to the office of the District Water Management Agency, SPSR Nellore District.

3.

Petitioner challenged the transfer order on various grounds. The primary contention of the petitioner is that she is blessed with two young children and her husband is working in Kaluvai and if she is transferred to a far of place, it is very difficult for her to carry on with her responsibilities in addition to looking after her two young children and therefore transfer should not have been made.

4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of the Court to make a detailed representation ventilating her grievance. 5.

Having regard to the same, the Court is not expressing any opinion on the grounds urged by the petitioner in the Writ Petition.

6.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to make a detailed representation to the Project Director, District Water Management Agency, SPSR Nellore

District, the 3rd respondent, ventilating her grievances. If such representation is made within one week from today, the 3rd respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible. Till a decision is made by the 3rd respondent on the representation, if any submitted by the petitioner within the time granted, petitioner shall be continued in the present place of posting. However, if no representation is made, the order of transfer shall revive. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
