In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., petitioners/A.1 to A.6 seek for quashment of F.I.R. in Cr.No.213 of 2011 of Women Police Station, South Zone, Hyderabad.

While so, today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor by producing a letter dated 8-5-2017, issued by the Sub-Inspector of Police, WPS, South Zone, Hyderabad City, would submit that in this case, investigation was completed and case was referred as "Action Dropped" on 16-7-2016 and final report was submitted before the XV ACMM, Nampally, Hyderabad and thereby, prayed that the petition may be dismissed as infructuous.

There is no representation for the petitioners. In view of the above submission of learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
