THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE M.GANGA RAO CONTEMPT CASE NO.2543 OF 2018 ORDER: (per SK,J) Dr.P.Uma Maheswari, Regional Director of Medical and Health Services, Guntur, the first respondent, is present in person. This contempt case was instituted alleging willful disobedience to the order dated 27.08.2018 passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2018 in W.P.No.30299 of 2018. By the said order, this Court granted interim suspension of the transfer order dated 30.05.2018 issued by the Regional Director, Medical and Health Services, Guntur, in relation to the petitioner. Learned Government Pleader for Services, State of Andhra Pradesh, produced before this Court a copy of the proceedings dated NIL-10-2018 signed on 15.10.

2018, whereby the Regional Director, Medical and Health Services, Guntur, gave effect to the interim suspension ordered by this Court duly continuing the petitioner at the Primary Health Centre, Nudurupadu, Guntur District, pending further orders in the writ petition. In the light of the aforestated proceedings, we are of the opinion that no cause is made out for exercise of contempt jurisdiction. The contempt case is accordingly closed.
