This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed challenging the order, dated 07.11.2012, passed in I.A.No.1259 of 2012 in O.S.No.1026 of 2010 by the VIII Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District, wherein, the petition filed under Order XXVI Rule 9 and Section 151 CPC to appoint a Commissioner to inspect the suit schedule property, was dismissed.

As per the information received by this Court through e-courts website, the original suit was dismissed for default on 12.11.2015 by the trial Court, as such, the petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed.
