Heard counsel for the petitioner and Sri N.Vasudeva Reddy, Standing Counsel for respondents.

Petitioner had filed this Writ Petition contending that she was employed as a Conductor in the 1st respondentOrganization, but she is suffering from severe knee pain in both legs and the respondents cannot force her to work as Conductor in view of her health condition.

Counsel for the 2nd respondent has placed before me proceeding No.B3/785(326)/2016, dt.29.10.2016 issued by the office of the 1st respondent according sanction to provide "out of designation" duties to the petitioner for six (06) months so as to enable her to undergo treatment or knee replacement surgery. 4.

In view of the said proceeding, the grievance of the petitioner has thus been redressed.

Therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
