Heard the learned counsel for petitioners, Sri Battula Raj Kiran, learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2 and Sri Prabhakar Peri, learned counsel for 3rd respondent.

Learned counsel for 3rd respondent states that 3rd respondent has no objection for payment of the maturity amount under the LIC Policy Nos.640670778, 641628272, 646787258, 648005363 and 640667591 relating to late N.Subrahmanyam, the husband of 1st petitioner and brother of 3rd respondent to the 1st petitioner.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent Nos.1 and 2 to pay the maturity amounts under the above policies to the 1st petitioner. No costs.

4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
