HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 34741 of 2018 ORDER:

1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of both the parties, the writ petition is heard at the admission stage itself. 2) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.4 in not considering the representations dated 02.11.2015, 28.12.2015 and 31.07.2018 and application bearing No. ADLC011805028949, dated 28.07.2018 in MeeSeva bearing Transaction ID No. TAADLC011805028949, for correction in the entries in thepahani/ adangal in respect of the land in Survey No.1159-1, admeasuring Ac.0.80 cents, situated at Nandalur Village and Mandal, Y.S.R.Kadapa, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Article 300-A of the Constitution of India; and consequently direct respondents to mutate the name of the petitioner in the revenue records pertaining to the said land.

3) Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the application made by the petitioner seeking necessary entries in the revenue records. 4) The Government Pleader for Revenue submits that if the petitioner has made an application in Form-6A through online, the same will be considered in accordance with law.

5) In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage, directing the respondents to consider the Mee Seva application made by the petitioner, bearing No. ADLC011805028949, dated 28.07.2018 and pass orders in accordance with law as early as possible, preferably, within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
