THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.24671 OF 2016 O R D E R :

Petitioner's grievance is that complaint dt.04.04.2016 given by the petitioner was not registered as an FIR by the 4th respondent.

2. The Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents 1 to 4 states that Crime No.23 of 2016 was registered against the 5th respondent by 4th respondent on 27.07.2016.

3. Since the petitioner's grievance is thus redressed, the 4th respondent shall conduct investigation and file a final report in the competent Court in accordance with law.

4. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

5. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
