THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE MUMMINENI SUDHEER KUMAR CONTEMPT CASE No.31 of 2o23 ORDER:
This contempt case is filed complaining violation of the order dated 27.06.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No.25610 of 2022 pursuant to the online application submitted by the petitioner. 2.
The respondents liled counter affidavit stating that the survey, as directed by this Court, was conducted and a detailed order was passed by the respondents vide Endorsement No.C/ 1 17 22 I 2022, dated 06.01.2023.

However, there appears to be some delay in conducting survey. This Court is not inclined to go into the aspect of delay, as there is no deliberate violation of the order passed by this Court. 4.
Accordingly, the contempt case is closed. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the manner in which tJre survey is conducted or the findings that are recorded in the Endorsement No.C/ 1172212022, dated 06.01.2023, it is open to the petitioner to take appropriate steps to question the said endorsement. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in the contempt case shall stand closed.
