HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 24204 OF 2002 ORDER :

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the Counsel for the petitioner submits that this Writ Petition was filed at the time when the respondents were recategorizing the services of the petitioner and this Hon'ble Court was pleased to grant interim directions on 4.12.2002 and by virtue of the said interim orders, the petitioner is being continued in his post.

The Standing Counsel for the respondents has also not disputed the same. 3.

In view of the above said submission, this Court is of the considered view that no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition in view of the interim orders.

Accordingly, Writ Petition is closed.
