THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No.23633 of 2015 ORDER:
Petitioners herein filed an application before the first respondent seeking issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds with regard to land admeasuring Ac.0.50 cents and Ac.0.351⁄2 cents in Survey Nos.962/1 and 1015/4 situated at Gangavaram Village, Gurazala Mandal, Guntur District. The first respondent after making enquiry noticed that pattadar pass books and title deeds were already issued to Guduri Annapurnamma and therefore, she sent a report to the second respondent in Rc.No.386/2013, dated 11.06.2013 for taking appropriate steps. The petitioners claim right on the said land on the basis of a decree in O.S.No.63 of 2008 on the file of the learned Senior Civil Judge, Gurazala. In the said suit, partition was ordered and the property was divided equally among three daughters. The petitioners' present grievance is that though the first respondent sent a report as early as on 11.06.2013, no further action is taken by the second respondent. Learned Government Pleader has not been able to get instructions in spite of granting time.
Hence, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to consider the aforesaid report of the first respondent and pass appropriate orders after hearing all the parties concerned in accordance with law, expeditiously.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
