When the matter is taken up, on instructions, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader (Home) that whenever the petitioner approaches police authorities, they will provide police protection to the petitioner herein in pursuance of the orders passed by the I Additional Senior Civil Judge, R.R.Court, L.B.Nagar in E.P.No.50 of 2018 in O.S.No.1509 of 2008 on 05.09.2018. The said statement is placed on record and the Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
