The affidavit filed in support of this writ petition is as vague as can be. No particulars are given as to when the petitioner purchased the subject land and what is the extent purchased by him and why he is seeking a copy of the G.O.Ms.No.620, dated 19.08.2004. In view of the same, no relief can be granted in this writ petition.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
