HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 34663 of 2018 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus to declare the action of the 3rd respondent in not conducting the survey and demarcate the land in Survey No.45, admeasuring Ac.3.33 gts., situated at Nizamabad Village and Mandal, Nizamabad district, despite the amount of Rs.400/ - remitted on 04.04.2018, vide challan No.2999 for conduct of survey, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the petitioner has made an application on 25.04.2018, for conducting survey and demarcation in respect of the above mentioned land, no orders have been passed on his application till date.

The learned Government Pleader would submit that the application of the petitioner would be dealt with by the respondents in accordance with law, if the same is still pending, at the earliest.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, the present writ petition is disposed of with consent, at the admission stage, directing the respondents to deal with the

representation of the petitioner dated 25.04.2018 and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, taking into consideration the relevant circulars issued from time to time, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of three to five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. 5.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
