O R D E R

This writ petition was filed assailing the inaction of the Station House Officer,

Nagarkurnool police station, Mahaboobnagar District, upon the petitioner's complaints dated 04.10.2011 and 05.10.2011. These complaints were stated to have been made in the context of disruption of the Sunday prayers at Centenary Mennonite Brethren Church, Nagarkurnool.

The Sub-Inspector of Police, Nagarkurnool police station, filed a counteraffidavit stating that upon the complaint dated 04.10.2011 received from the petitioner, the police authorities had afforded protection at the Church premises on 16.10.2011 and no untoward incidents occurred. In that view of the matter, the allegation of the petitioner that the police were inactive upon his complaint is proved to be factually incorrect. The writ petition is therefore devoid of merit and is accordingly dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand dismissed.
