This petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code (for short "Cr.P.C.") to quash the proceedings in Crime No.139 of 2013 on the file of PM Palem Police Station, Visakhapatnam City.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh represented that the Police have already filed charge sheet in the said case and prayed to dismiss the petition. Recording the said submission, the petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Petition shall stand dismissed.
