Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri M.S.R.Chandra Murthy, learned Standing Counsel for the 3rd respondent.

Sri M.S.R.Chandra Murthy, learned Standing Counsel for 3rd respondent has brought to the notice of this Court about the proceedings in Rc.No.362/2009-/Mgr, dated 21.10.2011, which was served on the petitioner on 28.10.2011 and when the same is pointed out to the learned counsel for the petitioner, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the same in accordance with law.

In view of above, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to challenge the proceedings dated 21.10.2011 in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand disposed of.
