THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.28220 of 2016 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ/order/direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not issuing pass book and title deed by mutating his name into revenue records pursuant to application, dated 04.11.2015 under AP Online receipt No.MU011501638054 is illegal, arbitrary, without jurisdiction and in violation of Article 14 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents herein to consider the application, dated 04.11.2015 under AP Online receipt No.MU011501638054 for issuance of pass book and title deed by mutating name of the petitioner into revenue records in respect of land to an extent of Acs.10.00 cents situated in Survey Nos.
936, and of Bommavaram, Obulavaripalle Mandal, YSR Kadapa District".
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner so also the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents.
When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue involved in the present writ petition is covered by the order, dated 25.03.2015, passed by this Court in W.P.No.7796 of 2015 and a copy of the same is also placed on record along with the material papers. Following the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.3-Tahsildar, Obulavaripalle Mandal to consider the application, dated 04.11.2015, submitted by the petitioner in Form 6(A) and pass appropriate orders thereon, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
