HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 35088 of 2018 ORDER:

1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of both the parties, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

2) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondents in not entering the names of the petitioners as owners in the revenue records in respect of land admeasuring Ac.2.03 guntas in Survey No.526, Ac.1.22 guntas in Sy.No.529, Acs.2.17 guntas in Survey No.530 and Ac.0.20 guntas in Survey No.535, situated in Gokaram village, Valigonda mandal, Yadadri Bhongiri District, Telangana State, inspite of making representations on 02.04.2018 and 20.07.2018, as illegal and arbitrary. 3) Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioners restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the applications dated 02.04.2018 and 20.07.2018, made by the petitioners, seeking mutation of their names in the revenue records.

4) Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that instead of the said written representations, if the petitioners makes a fresh application in Form-VI A, the same would be considered in accordance with law, at the earliest. Learned counsel for the petitioners accepts for the same. 5) Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioners to make fresh application in Form - VI A, seeking mutation of their names in the revenue records, in respect of the above said lands, in which event, the respondents shall deal with the same, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of the application made by the petitioner.
