HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY TRANSFER C.M.P.No.59 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 C.P.C., to withdraw G.O.P.No.819 of 2014 from the file of the Judge, Additional Family Court, Visakhapatnam, and transfer the same to the Judge, Family Court, Visakhapatnam, for disposal in accordance with law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law including filing of similar petition before the appropriate forum.

3. Permission as sought for is accorded and the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any filed in this civil miscellaneous petition, shall stand closed.
