The present Criminal Petition is filed seeking the Court to quash the proceedings that are pending against the petitioners in C.C.No.3098 of 2018 on the file of the Court of III Metropolitan Magistrate, L.B. Nagar, Ranga Reddy District.

Sri Ujwal Babu, learned counsel representing Sri K.Venumadhav, learned counsel on record for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the criminal petition has become infructuous. 3.

Recording the said submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
