It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the issued raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.25293 of 2014 and batch dated 10.07.2015. The learned Government Pleader for Agriculture does not dispute the said fact.

Though the writ petition is of the year 2011, and in spite of three adjournments have been granted neither counter affidavit has been filed nor any arguments have been advanced by the respondents. In that view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order dated 10.07.2015 passed in W.P.No.25293 of 2014. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
