No representation for the petitioner/Accused No.4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh on behalf of respondent No.1 would represent that charge sheet was filed on 24.03.2015 before the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kaikalur, deleting the name of the petitioner/Accused No.4, and the same was taken cognizance in C.C.No.176 of 2015. In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself, as it is not clear whether any protest petition is filed against deletion of the name of the petitioner. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
