THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.V. NAGARJUNA REDDY AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K. JAISWAL WRIT PETITION No.19513 of 2017 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for issuance of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents to produce Sree Lakshmi Durga (for short 'the alleged detenue') in the Court and set her at liberty. In pursuance of the directions issued by this Court, respondent No.2 has produced the alleged detenue before the Court. She has stated that she is not under forced detention of respondent No.3, who is her father and that she has been willingly living with her parents. In view of the stand taken by the alleged detenue as above, the relief claimed in this writ petition cannot be granted. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
