The learned Standing Counsel appearing for 3rd Respondent Municipality Sri N.Praveen Kumar submits that the Respondent Municipality wants to cancel the impugned tender notification and will issue fresh tender notification and therefore no further adjudication is necessary in the present writ petition.

In view of the above, the writ petition is closed. However, it is open for the petitioner to file writ petition before this Court if he is aggrieved by any further action on part of the Respondents. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
