Heard Sri A.P.Venugoal, learned counsel representing Sri Muralidhar Reddy Katram, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri T.Sharath, learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos.8, 12 to 14.

It is reported that Sri K.Goverdhan Reddy, learned counsel for respondent No.1, as well as respondent No.1 i.e., Sri Yedla Purushotham, have passed away.

Inadvertently, this fact was not brought to the notice of this Court. It is therefore submitted that, initially at the stage of admission, Sri K.Goverdhan Reddy advanced his arguments on behalf of respondent No.1 in C.R.P.No.4831 of 2017.

However, at the time of final disposal, Sri K.Goverdhan Reddy, passed away, but his name appeared in order.

Having regard to the inadvertent error that crept in the order dated 14.10.2025 in C.R.P.No.4831 of 2017, is found proper.

OFFICE NOTE Accordingly, this interlocutory application is ordered.

The Registry is directed to (a) delete the words i.e., "Heard Mr. K.Governdhan Reddy, learned counsel for respondent No.1 in para No.2 of the order dated 14.10.2025, and (b) to rectify the cause title with regard to respondent No.15 attached to the order, as prayed for".

Both the parties are directed to return the certified copies for verification of the same.
