This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioners, assailing the order, dated 03.03.2014, of the learned Junior Civil Judge, Rajampet, passed in I.A.No.399 of 2013 in O.S.No.151 of 2007.

At the hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners/defendants submits that in view of the disposal of the suit on 29.07.2015 by the trial Court, no cause survives for adjudication in this revision petition. 3.

Recording the submissions, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
