Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for the respondents. 2.

Petitioner's grievance is that no action has been initiated by respondent Nos.2 and 3 on the complaints dt.26-07-2016 and 05-08-2016 lodged by the petitioner against certain named persons. 3.

Learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents states on instructions that 3rd respondent has registered FIR No.170 of 2016 on 02-09-2016 and has taken up investigation in the matter.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to proceed to investigate the allegations in the FIR and file an appropriate final report before the competent Court in accordance with law expeditiously. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
