There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 2.

The prayer sought for in the Wit Petition is as under: "to issue any appropriate order or direction or a writ more particularly a writ one in the nature of the writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the Respondent No.2 and Respondent No.3, by not restraining the illegal trespasser i.e., the Respondent No.1 into my Shop No.2, Phase No.1, mini Huda shopping complex, Vanasthalipuram which is registered in my name on the 6th day of June 2003 by (H.U.D.A) Hyderabad Urban Development Authority, as arbitrary, illegal, null and void and consequently, warn the illegal encroacher to leave my premises."

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents 2 and 3 placed on record the written instructions, dated 19.09.2019, issued by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Vanasthalipuram Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate.

A perusal of the said proceedings would indicate that the petitioner has not given any representation regarding illegal trespassing of respondent No.1 into her shop No.2, phase No.1, Mini HUDA shopping complex, Vanasthalipuram. It is also mentioned in the said written instructions that if the petitioner gives any representation/complaint, appropriate action will be taken as per law.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home also brought to the notice of this Court that a case in Crime No.10 of 2004 registered against the 1st respondent on 05.01.2004 has been

investigated and after completion of investigation, a final report is filed on 30.06.2004 referring it as "false case". 6.

In that view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the Writ Petition. 7.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
