This petition is filed under Section 24 of CPC to withdraw O.S.No.1212 of 2014 from the file of XIX Junior civil Judge Court, City Civil Court Hyderabad to XXIV Additional Chief Judge, City civil Court, Hyderabad to be tried along with O.S.No.539 of 2014.

2. Learned counsel for petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the transfer C.M.P. with liberty to the petitioners to avail the remedies available to them under law including filing of the similar type of petition before the appropriate Court.

3. Permission as sought for is accorded.

4. Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this petition shall stand closed. _____________________ T.SUNIL CHOWDARY, J.
