This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the 5th respondent in not receiving the documents presented by the petitioner in favour of third parties in Sy.No.122 C1/G an extent of Ac.05-04 cents situated at Chetnipally Village, Gooty Mandal, Anantapuramu District as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the 5th respondent to receive and register the document presented by the petitioner in favour of third parties and release the same. Learned Counsel for the petitioner says that the lis in the writ petition is squarely covered by Full Bench Judgment of this Court in W.A.No.343 of 2015 and Batch, dated 23-12-2015 and the same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue and following the same, a Division Bench of this Court also disposed of W.P.No.22602 of 2008 and Batch. In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of order dated 23-12-2015 in W.A.No.343 of 2015 and Batch and W.P.No.22602 of 2008 and Batch. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
