Even today also, when the matter has come up for hearing, none appears for the petitioners and there is no representation on their behalf. Therefore, the petitioners are not evincing any interest in prosecuting their case. 2.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. 3.
