THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1097 OF 2010 ORDER:
The petitioner is the decree holder. For execution of the decree, the petitioner filed E.P.No.20 of 2009 in O.S.No.115 of 2001 on the file of Additional Senior Civil Judge, Chittoor. The petitioner has shown 11 items in the schedule of properties and also the valuation corresponding to each item. By order dated 25.11.2009, the Court below having noticed that there is huge variation in the valuation of the properties as assessed by Amin and the Certificate of Market Value issued by the Sub-Registrar, stopped the auction of sale and ordered for fresh test. At that stage, this revision is filed.

Due to pendency of this revision, no further orders are passed in the E.P. Though notice served, for six years, no appearance is filed on behalf of the respondent/judgment debtor. 3.
No purpose is served in keeping the revision pending. The Court below is directed to strictly follow the provision in Order XXI Rule 66 C.P.C., ascertain the proper value of the properties to satisfy the decree and dispose of the EP, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
