THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.17371 OF 2015 ORDER:

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The prayer sought for in the writ petition is as under: " to issue a Writ Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 4th respondent herein in interfering in the civil dispute without any manner or authority as illegal, arbitrary, unreasonable, without jurisdiction, violative of Article 14 of the Constitution of India" .

During the course of hearing, the learned Government Pleader placed on record the written instructions dated 23.06.2015 issued by the Inspector of Police, Gandhi Nagar Police Station, Hyderabad. The same is made part of the record. From the perusal of the said instructions, it is evident that a case in Crime No.208 of 2015 under Sections 147, 148, 323, 427, 448, 506 r/ w 34 IPC was registered on the file of Gandhinagar Police Station, Hyderabad on 15.06.2015 on the complaint made by 5th respondent against the petitioner and others. The investigation in the said crime is under progress. The presence of the petitioner was required in connection with the above said crime. Having developed grudge against the 5th respondent, the petitioner filed the present writ petition with baseless allegations. It is also mentioned in the written instructions that the 4th respondent is not interfering in civil disputes between the petitioner and the 5th respondent.

Having regard to the said instructions, this Court is of the opinion that no further orders are required in the writ petition and the same is accordingly closed. No costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. ___________________ P.KESHAVA RAO,J 29th NOVEMBER 2018.
