HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.7913 of 2014 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioner/ Accused seek to quash the proceedings in Crime No.310 of 2014 of Kothagudem I Town PS, Khammam, which was registered against them for the offences under Sections 420, 448, 294(b), 506 IPC. 2) When the matter came up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 07.02.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Kothagudem I Town PS, Khammam and submitted that in this case investigation was completed and charge sheet was filed and case was registered as C.C.No.745 of 2014 on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Kothagudem and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the FIR has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed.

3) There is no representation for petitioners.

4) In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
