HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P.No.25263 OF 2012 ORDER:

Sri T.V.S.Prabhakar Rao, after arguing for some time, requests the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty firstly to file a detailed representation before respondents 1 to 3 against alleged encroachment or construction by 4th respondent and secondly the respondents may be directed to consider the same. The petitioners are given liberty to represent on the alleged illegal construction or encroachment by 4th respondent to respondents 1 to 3 and the respondents are directed to proceed to act in the manner in accordance with.

The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of as indicated above. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, stand closed.
