This writ petition is filed for a mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not granting construction permission and approval for the construction of a building in Plot Nos.838 and 839 in Survey No.44/1 of Mathrusri Cooperative House Building Society Limited, Miyapur village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District as illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to the respondents to grant building permission duly considering the application.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner

stated that this court in similar circumstances granted interim order dated 2508-2014 in WPMP.No.28807 of 2014 in W.P.No.22983 of 2014 and the same is not disputed or denied by Dr. Y. Padamvathi, learned standing counsel for the respondent Corporation.

Both the counsel agreed that the writ petition can be disposed of in terms of the order passed by this Court in WPMP.No.28807 of 2014 in W.P.No.22983 of 2014.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order dated 25-08-2014 passed by this Court in WPMP.No.28807 of 2014 in W.P.No.22983 of 2014.
